Note: Books may be kept for a period of 15 days only. Fines apply for late returns.

Library Regulations

10% of the cost is charged if not returned within 15 days. In case of loss, immediate written reporting is required. Failure results in depositing a new book or twice the cost.

Tracing, copying, or damaging manuscripts is strictly prohibited. Members must satisfy themselves with the condition of the material before leaving the counter.

Absolute silence is mandatory. Tobacco and refreshments are prohibited. Misconduct or gossip will lead to removal from the Reading Hall.
